At Serenita Restaurant, the menu beautifully blends traditional Turkish comfort with fresh, inviting flavors. I started with a generous plate of Meze, featuring creamy haydari, tangy ezme, and rich baba ghanoush, all paired with warm, fluffy pide bread. The grilled halloumi came next-crispy on the outside and perfectly melty inside.

For mains, the Adana Kebab stood out-spicy, juicy, and served with fragrant bulgur pilaf and grilled vegetables. Another highlight was the Iskender Kebab, drenched in savory tomato sauce and buttery yogurt, sitting atop tender slices of pide soaked in meat juices. The portion was generous and deeply satisfying.

Vegetarians aren’t left out-dishes like Stuffed Eggplant (Imam Bayıldı) and Sigara Böreği offer plenty of flavor without the meat. I also tried the Sea Bass, grilled to perfection with a crisp skin and soft, flaky interior, complemented by a side of lemony salad.

To finish, I couldn’t resist the Baklava-sweet, nutty, and soaked just right in syrup. Paired with a strong cup of Turkish tea, it wrapped up the meal in a truly local way. Every dish felt homemade yet polished-Serenita lives up to its name.
